jAt our first meeting Brooke asked me if I could live anywhere in the world, where would I live. My answer, “inside a sunset”!!!! Believe it or not, that is exactly what she provided me. She turned my 19th floor high rise condo into a warm, inviting yet chic and modern living space with beautiful sunset hues. With functional yet creative furniture choices, she was able maximize the 10ft ceilings, create storage and create clearly defined living spaces within the open floor plan. I had tears in my eyes the first time I saw my completed living space. It was the home I always wanted, and would have created, if I only had Brooke’s decorating skills. By utilizing Brooke Merrill Home, I feel I saved time, money, and energy and achieved a result that I could have never achieved on my own. I will never attempt to decorate a home by myself ever again!!!!

j I heard about Brooke from a neighbor of mine in the building I live in. I wanted to finish my place off and I was very impressed with my neighbors unit so I asked for her decorator. Brooke came to my condo and listened to what I wanted to do, I had a pretty good start with most of the main furniture pieces but I wanted to enhance my kitchen area and finish off the living room and bedrooms. I basically gave her carte blanche and she delivered. When I came home after the install, I was just floored. The results were excellent. I was very pleased with her selections and colors, the whole place was coordinated. It had a masculine look, or as a friend put it, “looks like a gentleman’s home”. jI found Brooke Merrill’s article and advertisement in Our Town Monthly - Smyrna/Vinings magazine. I knew I was going to need help with my kitchen renovation project along with other aspects of decorating and was looking for someone to work with. I liked the way Brooke’s article was written and decided to set up an appointment. I immediately liked Brooke’s friendly style and her take-charge attitude and decided to work with her on my home projects. We began working right away on my kitchen renovation in October of 2008. Brooke understood just how much guidance I needed from her, and what the constraints of my budget were. She helped me pick out the colors and features of the kitchen project that suited my tastes and easily guided me through the sub-contracting process. Before I knew it my kitchen, had come together beautifully and with Brooke’s great eye for interior decoration, she also helped me pull together some additional features to enhance my family room and living room including painting, furniture placement, art placement and new window treatments. The project was completed by November 2008 just in time for a planned event I hosted in my home. Everyone’s feedback let me know how right I had been in selecting Brooke as my home interior’s consultant – I heard over and over from my guests, how beautiful my home appeared.
